Reality of Anxiety Made the Top 100!

According to Online University Reviews, the Reality of Anxiety ranks in as number 62 on their list of the Top 100 Mental Health and Psychology Blogs! They have it broken down into different categories of mental health, with only 3 blogs dedicated to Anxiety. The first is Anxiety Insights, then The Reality of Anxiety, followed by We Worry: A Blog for the Anxious which you can also find in my blog roll.

I thought you may also want to take a look at it if you are interested in other topics such as Depression, Bipolar Disorder, or more. For most, depression and anxiety go hand in hand.

With so much stress in my life and so much worrying going on, its nice to celebrate the small victories when I can!

UPDATE: It appears that this website has also made the Top 100 Fascinating Brain Blogs List, woo hoo!

Yay! Congratulations to you! I just looked at the others you mentioned, and I still like yours the best. As for the yoga entries, you are dead on. I used to be a Certified Yoga Instructor in 2004 and let it go. Now I hardly ever practice. This has inspired me to get back into it. Now it's just a matter of setting aside time....Wish me luck.

I am a brand new reader to your blog. I want to thank you for being so confident and brave to share your personal struggles/coping techniques with anxiety. I am completely inspired by your strategies for coping and feel new courage and hope.

This is by far the best anxiety blog/website I've ever read. Partially because it's written very clearly and has lots of links and resources, but also because it happens to relate very directly to my own problems. I think we could be long lost anxiety sisters, I have almost identical panic situations as you! I am comforted knowing that I'm not alone and/or completely weird.

Thank you for being so wonderful and generous to share your thoughts and experiences with the world. It is a great contribution. Keep up the excellent blog, I'll be reading it often!

There are also a number of excellent products and lifestyle changes for anxiety and stress relief: Panic Away (program), SociaTropin (nutritional supplement), Dr. Andrew Weil's audio program on deep breathing, and eating more raw fruits and vegetables.

Congrats on making the Top 100 and providing the anxiety community with valuable information!
