I am 24 and have been suffering with anxiety for my entire life. I have been working hard to manage it since I was 19 and first learned that I actually had anxiety. I can relate to every one of your blog entries.. it brings me such relief and hope knowing that I am not alone in this struggle. Today has been quite rough and anxiety ridden, but just reading one of your entries gave me such an immediate sense of relief and calmness, I am SO thankful for it! Thanks so much for sharing your stories and I will continue to actively follow your journey! Good luck!Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13008169159114731697noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9147889412798634304.post-77334079012438720532010-08-19T22:16:39.851-06:002010-08-19T22:16:39.851-06:00Easier said then done is so true. I try to be more mindful of everything and sometimes that works. I think I'll follow your blog for a while to see how I feel. It's a common dilemma that I go through everyday. It's gotten worse lately and as my therapist says I am "paralyzed by my anxiety". I refuse to believe that.

When you feel your anxiety swallowing you whole, do the opposite, try to swallow it. I know, much easier said than done....
i hope you feel better!!Lisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14205933300947954793noreply@blogger.com
