My anxiety seems to be worse ...Great recipe ideas. My anxiety seems to be worse in the morning and usually around dinner time for some reason. I think it definitely has a lot to do with blood sugar. I find that if I make sure to get some protein it really helps! I especially noticed this when I was pregnant.
